Service Details
* We service Killara 2071, Gordon 2071, Pymble 2073
* Laundry should be left in the provided laundry bag by 8:00 am on your scheduled pick-up day. If your laundry does not fit in the bag provided, you may fill an additional plastic bag or your own laundry bag with your laundry and personal information written on the bag or a piece of paper inside (name, address, phone number). Your laundry bag will be returned.
* Laundry should be marked with masking tape on the bag with your name.
* Laundry should be left by your front door or other arranged pick-up location
* Laundry will be delivered 2 business days after pick-up, between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm.
* Remember, pick-up and delivery is FREE of charge, however we require a minimum service of $35 per pick-up.
* Please refer to our price list to view our competitive prices. Our fees are lower than local dry cleaners. (View price list)
* After your initial service, the driver will come twice a week to your home or business to pick-up and/or deliver your laundry.
* You do not have to use our service every week. If you plan to only use this service occasionally, please call or email to request a pick-up.
* You do NOT need to be home for laundry and dry cleaning pick-up or delivery. We will coordinate with you as to where you would like you laundry picked up and delivered (front door, porch, back door, garage, etc.)
* Please let us know if you would like any of your garments returned on hangers.
* To request same-day service, please call or email.
* Each delivery will include an invoice of services received.
* Greener Cleaner dry cleaners & laundry cannot guarantee spot removal. If we find excess spotting on an article of clothing, we may contact you to gain permission and ensure understanding of the impact of cleaning the article.

* We use the latest encryption and authentication services for all payment transactions so that your credit card information remains safe.
$5 dollars for your broken buttons.
I don’t know about you, but I get really mad when a shirt comes back from the dry cleaners with a broken button. So here’s what I’ve done: you’ll get $5 dollars cash for any buttons we miss that are broken. Don’t get me wrong, we didn’t set up this policy so that we could give away five-dollar bills–we set it up so that we would meticulously check your buttons to find the broken ones so we don’t lose the five bucks.
