- Pick-up and delivery takes place between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.
- You do not need to be home for laundry and dry cleaning to be picked up or delivered. We will follow your specific pick-up and drop-off instructions.
- Your laundry will be separated into loads: whites, light colours, and dark colours prior to washing.
- Your laundry will be handled separately from the clothing of other clients.
- Your laundry will be washed with quality laundry detergents, bleaches, and softeners.
- Organic, eco-friendly products are available upon request.
- Your laundry will be folded, separated, and bundled after washing.
- Your clean laundry and dry cleaning will be delivered to your door 2 days after pick-up. *Same day service is available for an additional fee.
