Eco Friendly Dry Cleaning
Greener Cleaner dry cleaners & laundry provides superb, eco-friendly dry cleaning and laundering for your garments. We very carefully inspect each item and follow the manufacturers recommended care instructions. If shirts or pants can be laundered, we will typically launder them, unless you specify otherwise.
If there is a stain you would like us to try to get out, leave a note for us inside your pick up bag to clearly identify any stains. If you would like an item handled a special way, you simply place another note in your bag and we will take care of it.
Damaged buttons and minor repairs will be fixed free of charge and if there is any problem with your order, we’ll take care of it, quickly and hassle free!

Alterations
Greener Cleaner dry cleaners & laundry can provide minor repairs and alterations. Need a hem fixed or a button replaced no problem. Please include detailed notes with the item you need fixed.
$5 dollars for your broken buttons.
I don’t know about you, but I get really mad when a shirt comes back from the dry cleaners with a broken button. So here’s what I’ve done: you’ll get $5 dollars cash for any buttons we miss that are broken. Don’t get me wrong, we didn’t set up this policy so that we could give away five-dollar bills–we set it up so that we would meticulously check your buttons to find the broken ones so we don’t lose the five bucks.

Does Greener Cleaner dry cleaners & laundry charge a delivery fee?
No. There are no additional charges for the delivery service. Our prices are comparable with non-delivery dry cleaning stores. Our pickup and delivery services are always free! We only charge for the actual services performed.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Many other dry cleaners have minimum orders of $30, $45 or more required for a pickup and will charge additional fees if the minimum is not met. We value your business and will pick up orders of any size never charging a fee.
How do I start pick-up and delivery service?
If you have already signed-up, just leave a bag out on your scheduled pick-up day by 8:00am. If you are not yet a registered customer, fill out our customer Sign-Up Form or call us on 1300 796 776 and we’ll gladly answer any questions.
Where do you pick-up and drop-off my clothes?
You choose the location: front porch, back porch, in the garage… Someplace protected from the weather. Most customers use the front porch if it’s covered. We’ll provide a wreath hanger for delivery to your door.
How do I get my Greener Cleaner dry cleaners & laundry bag?
Your driver will leave one for you each time your clothes are delivered. Additional bags are also available at no extra charge.
What are your prices for dry cleaning services?

How do I pay for your door-to-door dry cleaning service?
Once you sign-up for service, your credit card will be charged monthly for the total amount the previous month. A detailed receipt of items cleaned will be attached to every order delivered.
How do we pay for services if we have a corporate or residential community account?
Although we will have an agreement to pick-up and delivery services to your corporate office or location, all accounts will be set-up for each individual customer that requests service. We will never ask your company to assist us or be responsible in the collection of an account.
How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
After sign-up we will let you know the pick-up and drop-off days for your area. On our first visit, our driver will pick up your clothes and confirm your schedule.
Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
No. Your driver will service your pre-selected location. If you cannot leave your bag out for our driver, we can still accommodate you, as long as there is someone at the location to give out and receive your garments per your special instructions.
How do I tell Greener Cleaner dry cleaners & laundry about a special request or issue with my garments?
Simply leave a detailed note in your bag for our Customer Representative to read.
What should I do with my leather and suede clothing?
Please leave the item in your bag for our representative. Leather goods normally take two weeks for cleaning, and may require a release form. If you need to indicate a stain, please leave a note for us in the bag. CAUTION: do not put any adhesive tape or stain stickers on the garment as this will leave a stain.
Do I have to tip the Greener Cleaner dry cleaners & laundry driver?
No. Our drivers do not accept gratuities.
